WorkoutSmart allows you to quickly modify your week to adjust:
- the workout goal for the week
- the number of days per week that you work out
- the days of the week that you will work out
This feature is available on your dashboard (within Your Checklist under Workouts) as well as within each workout ‘Modify Week X’.
With a few clicks, you can reschedule your week with whatever changes you would like to make.
Note: We recommend you make these changes before you start your week (prior to Monday) so that WorkoutSmart can accurately keep track of your entire week and your program as a whole. There are several features such as move and delete that will allow you to adjust your week if you need to make changes during the week.
