Dashboard Basics

The Dashboard provides you a quick overview of where you are at with your workout program.  This will include your next workout (if you have one), a checklist of things to do, your bodyweight tracking, your lifetime WorkoutSmart profile data, your strength levels and training cycle and weekly metrics.

Your Checklist provides a set of quick links to common daily tracking as well as making adjustments to your goal and workouts.

Use the dashboard to do a quick check-in on your progress or jump into your progress tracking.
