The performance test dashboard displays detailed data from your performance tests. This includes each performance test you performed, the exercise you performed (if applicable), the source of the performance test, and your overall progress.
You can delete any individual performance test data in the event that you made a mistake, would like to erase the value or would like to remove default data.
Note: Any performance test data deleted cannot be recovered.
Set Modification Result
WorkoutSmart will use adjustments from your workouts in certain situations to create performance test data. This allows you to simply workout as you always do but continue to track your overall performance.
Default Result
A default result is a performance test result that is based on default data. This is very conservative data for your body when there is no actual data available.
